We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated analysis and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should be verified by qualified professionals before acting upon them.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISEYYON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bangalore, India.
